Group Classes

The benefits of group sessions...

  • Identifying with others helps you see that you're not alone in facing challenges. Many people feel a sense of relief when within a group

  • A sounding board; if for example you are struggling with a specific issue, hearing from others about how they dealt with the same or similar struggle can help find solutions

  • Promote social skills- being amongst others not only helps to ease the sense of isolation, but also gives the opportunity to build confidence and trust

  • Provide team work skills

  • Increase listening skills 

All groups are facilitated by StressLess.

StressLess is based in Hertfordshire and can travel up to 50 miles.
